All classes that are scheduled in the timetable must be attended by the students. Any unplanned or uninformed leave will not be entertained and that will leave a bad impression on the student’s monthly performance card. In case of any emergency, leaves have to be requested and upon acceptance, one can take it.
Anyone who is getting enrolled for any of the courses must be highly self-motivated and optimistic about the entire process. Yoga requires a heavy degree of purity and self-discipline because any sort of careless mistake or lack of interest will not help in any way. One must attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes to make the program a great success. Few things are taboo in the ashram and they are meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity. These things are counterproductive to the practice of yoga and thus must be avoided during the course time. If any participant is found not to abide by the rules and regulations of the ashram then he or she may be dismissed from the ashrama and the course.
