Is Kundalini Yoga different from the other types of Yoga?

Yes Kundalini yoga is more of a spiritual yoga rather than other forms of yoga. The main focus here is not on the physical movements just like the other yoga. Here in Kundalini yoga the spiritual well-being is a focus upon and is different from the Hatha or the Vinyasa yoga. This form of yoga is repetitive and develops and gets better with practice. Is this yoga for a beginner?

What is Chakra that is there in Kundalini?

Chakra’s are a part of Kundalini which work for the exemplification of something which is hidden in us. The chakras are responsible for awakening these hidden potentials in us and thus actually are making the hidden potential in our bodywork. The regular practice of the Kundalini stimulates these things in the body and thus makes the body spiritually awake.

How to awake the kundalini chakras?

If you want to awake your Kundalini Chakras all you have to do is build a huge focus within the body. This focus should be so strong that you can separate the thoughts that are going on in your physical body. Also, the prana should be obstinate from the world and its thought that is external. Doing all of these will thus help you to have cess to your potential energy and you will be able to awaken the kundalini chakras.

Is it compulsory to take Kundalini training?

No it is not at all compulsory to take kundalini training and this depends on someone's wish. If you feel you want to experience your spiritual self and want to be in that phase then you can go for this. But there is no such compulsion and not taking this will not have any impact on your professional life. Being able to do kundalini will be helpful for your soul and body and will increase your goodwill as a teacher as this is considered to be a tough job to perform.

Will I be eligible for RYT-200 hour kundalini if I do 200-hour kundalini teacher training?

Yes there is no such restriction and you will be allowed for the RYT 200hour Kundalini.

The students who can do 200-hour kundalini yoga teacher training are:-

  • Anyone can do this and there I no restrictions or criteria that are required to be fulfilled for doing the Kundalini yoga. Anyone who wants to do this can perform without any restriction or prior practice.
  • If you are someone who wants to gain the knowledge of yoga as well as the knowledge of yoga Nidra then you are at the right place and can perform kundalini yoga. This is best for a student who wants to deepen their knowledge here.
  • Now everyone who is taking the course of yoga teacher training will not come as a teacher. Thus people who want to deepen their knowledge and want to learn wholesome yoga along with self-growth, self-realization, and wanting to be in the enlightenment of inner path can take on this form of yoga. Thus these are the people who can practice the Kundalini.

Rules And Refund Policy

Code Of Conduct For Students And Basic Ethics

Every school or organization must have some basic rules and code of conduct and so does the Vinyasa Yogshala have. Thus let us discuss those rules:-

  • The students must always respect their gurus and must maintain rules and regulations.
  • There is no smoking and drinking rule on the campus.
  • Anything that has been borrowed must be duly returned and hat too in time.
  • Full attendance is expected in all scheduled programs. If there is any sort of emergency then complete information is to be given.
  • The kitchen manager must be informed if there is any other plan and the food is not required for any particular day.
  • Class timings are very strict and all students must maintain punctuality.
  • In Vinyasa Yogshala accommodation will be provided only to students and staff.

Policies Of Vinyasa Yogashala

  • Anti Harassment Police- NO student shall be responsible for any sort of harassment issue. Protections again sexual, personal, physical, harassment is a heavy punishable act.
  • Anti- Retaliation Policy-This is the rule for protection against any sort of violation of the code of conduct.
  • Attendance Policy- This policy helps students figure out all queries and questions regarding attendance and participation in different events. Attendance is very strict and everyone must follow the policy and guidelines.

Refund Policy Of Vinyasa Yogashala

  • Advance payment non-refundable. If there is an unfortunate event substitute class will be provided later.
  • You can cancel your course at any point in time but the deposited money shall not be refunded.
  • There is no extra charge for cancellation. All one needs to do is inform the authorities. But as mentioned the fees shall not be refunded.
