For your personal hygiene and other reasons, it is strongly recommended that you do bring in your own yoga mats. You are free to bring in any type of yoga mat that suits your needs. In case you do not have a yoga mat, we will provide it to you. There are many shops available in the city that sell these mats, so you could go there and buy one for yourself.
You are expected to arrive at the Yogashala at least one day before the class commences. There will be a set of formalities to fulfil, fill in your forms and go to your rooms. Take adequate rest and get used to the scenic atmosphere of the place. Once you are done with the course, you can leave the premises only on the last day after Twelve:00 PM once you are done completing the pending formalities.
Yes, of course! You will get your own free time for fun and recreational activities. Since the school does not conduct classes on Sundays, you could go out and explore the region all by yourself. In case the school has organised an excursion on a Sunday; you will have to compromise.
