It depends on you where you want to do which course. You can do the 200 and the 300-hour courses in two different schools there will not be any problem. But definitely in the case of a 500-hour course, there will be a problem.

Who can apply and take the 300-hour course?

It is believed and expected that the 300-hour course will be taken by someone who is a little bit experienced in yoga. This course is for anyone who wants to brush up their skills, any teacher or someone who wants to set up his or her studio and is in the learning phase. 

Is it necessary to take both 300 and 200 online and one can take one-course online one offline?

Factors like online-offline do not matter at all. If you have taken one course online and want to pursue the other offline then it is normal and you can come to Rishikesh and register at the Vinyasa Yogshala. All the classes will be very normal provided you have learned everything properly.

Is there any difference between the 200 hours and 300-hour teacher training course?

Yes, there is a huge difference between the 200 and the 300-hour course. In the 200-hour course, one will just learn the basics and in the 300-hour course, a deep knowledge will be gained. The pose and the asana level and difficulty vary a lot.

Rules And Refund Policy

Code Of Conduct For Students And Basic Ethics

Every school or organization must have some basic rules and code of conduct and so does the Vinyasa Yogshala have. Thus let us discuss those rules:-

  • The students must always respect their gurus and must maintain rules and regulations.
  • There is no smoking and drinking rule on the campus.
  • Anything that has been borrowed must be duly returned and hat too in time.
  • Full attendance is expected in all scheduled programs. If there is any sort of emergency then complete information is to be given.
  • The kitchen manager must be informed if there is any other plan and the food is not required for any particular day.
  • Class timings are very strict and all students must maintain punctuality.
  • In Vinyasa Yogshala accommodation will be provided only to students and staff.

Policies Of Vinyasa Yogashala

  • Anti Harassment Police- NO student shall be responsible for any sort of harassment issue. Protections again sexual, personal, physical, harassment is a heavy punishable act.
  • Anti- Retaliation Policy-This is the rule for protection against any sort of violation of the code of conduct.
  • Attendance Policy- This policy helps students figure out all queries and questions regarding attendance and participation in different events. Attendance is very strict and everyone must follow the policy and guidelines.

Refund Policy Of Vinyasa Yogashala

  • Advance payment non-refundable. If there is an unfortunate event substitute class will be provided later.
  • You can cancel your course at any point in time but the deposited money shall not be refunded.
  • There is no extra charge for cancellation. All one needs to do is inform the authorities. But as mentioned the fees shall not be refunded.
