Meal Timings Matter
At school, we are extremely disciplined when it comes to
meal times. Everyone is pre-informed about the schedule, and
we make sure that no student skips their meal because energy
is important for muscle recovery.
Adaptogens & Herbs
Some adaptogens and herbs like ashwagandha and holy basil
are believed to help the body adapt to stress and balance
our hormones.
More Anti-inflammatory Foods
Foods like fruits and vegetables aim to reduce inflammation
and improve joint health during practice, which regularly
boosts your ‘feeling healthy
energy.’
Digestive Health
Bloating and discomfort can be two major restrictions
during your practice, and thus, we make sure that a diet
rich in fibre is served to prevent you from such
issues.
Vegan Dishes
We serve vegetarian food at our premises, but we also make
vegan food. If you are a vegan, get ready to taste some of
the most interesting recipes in our kitchen, which are
absolutely delicious.
Health & Hygiene
We are extremely cautious to maintain strict hygiene
standards, and yes, we do follow the same at our premises.
We don’t let our staff move around without mandatory
measures like wearing hair nets, gloves, and aprons while
working in the kitchen, and many more rules that are
carefully crafted by our management.
Refreshments
Refreshments are the highlights of our kitchen. We make a
lot of healthy drinks and serve them to our students so that
they always have a magnifying energy that keeps them active
and less tired. Drinks are made from fruits, herbs, and
spices; several times, they are cold, but during winter, we
serve hot and soupy drinks to enhance your mood &
tastebuds.
Seasonal Foods
India is a season paradise, and no matter what season you
decide to visit us in, we always have some authentic dishes
ready for you. Our focus is to serve you healthy seasonal
foods that support your metabolism during that specific
time. It’s always a joy to see our students enjoying
the different tastes of India.
Served Hot
We don’t compromise on serving hot food. Eating hot
food right from the chef’s kitchen is the goal. The
whole Vinyasa army makes sure everyone eats with a wholesome
heart & feels the warmth we try to spread
around.
Customised Food
If you are allergic to anything in particular, please let
us know in advance, and our chef will prepare separate food
for you. Nothing is more important than your health; indeed,
we are open to your specifications or any health issue
specific to a food item.
What can you expect?
There is soup, papads, Indian bread (multi-grains), rice,
porridge, muesli, salads, tea, milk, curd, lentils, cakes,
and various types of sweets to enjoy – our menu is a
healthy balance of three times meals.
Original Spices
We prefer to hand-pick our spices ourselves from some of
the best local Indian stores and don’t rely on
artificially packed spices, which are cheap and hamper the
health of our students.
Our Magic
Our magic is our hospitality; we love to host everyone at
Vinyasa Yogashala. Our chef, staff, and everyone who works
together to prepare the meals are the magic behind such
delicious recipes.
