Yoga meaning union or one-pointed awareness and Nidra means sleep. During the practice of Yoga Nidra, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.
People who are new to meditation and finding difficult to do one-pointed concentration can practice Yoga Nidra with ease because if you do not relax properly, you can’t meditate properly. So, in this program, Yogini Tanushree has prepared this beautiful practice for you and you can do it while sitting in your home. This practice she is doing here will be from Swami Satyananda Ji who is the founder of Bihar yoga school.
